Vegetables have a number of vitamins and minerals that are needed in the future growth and development of infants. There are various types of vegetables which contain different nutrients. Therefore, of course, it is the duty of every good mother pick vegetables for her baby. Here are some tips in choosing a good vegetable for infants. 

When selecting greens, choose vegetables that are still fresh and not wilted or wrinkled. Choose vegetables with leaves that are still green and avoid vegetables whose leaves had turned a yellowish color. If the vegetable leaves have changed color, indicating that the leaves have started to experience the process of decay. In addition, choose vegetables that have a stem that is still strong and easily broken. 

Unlike the case when choosing fruit vegetables such as tomatoes, carrots, pumpkins and so forth. For this type of fruit vegetables, look for the fruit is still fresh, hard skin is not wrinkled or holey. Look for vegetables fruit whose color is striking and avoid the fruit skin was flabby. 

For the type of vegetables broccoli, cauliflower, or cabbage flower, whose skin still look hard and the skin color is striking. Avoid choosing vegetables and faded black spots appear on the skin. By choosing a good vegetable, then we will get the baby high nutritional value.
